




Position Summary: We are seeking a Hospital Inpatient On-Call Physician for Swiss Medical, responsible for providing medical care, monitoring, and management of patients during their hospitalization, working collaboratively with other departments and participating in teaching activities. To continue positively impacting the lives of even more people, we are looking for an **Inpatient On-Call Physician for the Swiss-Argentine Clinic and Maternity Hospital** **Responsibilities** * Provide medical care and patient follow-up throughout the entire hospital stay within the department. * Conduct patient clinical record updates and prepare discharge summaries. * Establish priorities in the management of each patient. * Provide medical reports to patients and their families. * Collaborate with nursing staff and other departments (e.g., nutritionists, physiotherapists) in patient care. * Participate daily in shift handovers. * Engage in departmental continuing education and clinical case conference preparation. * Order diagnostic tests and request consultations from other specialties. * Ensure timely and appropriate patient discharge procedures. * Contribute to optimizing possible length of stay (ALOS). * Follow up on patients jointly with interconsultants from various specialties. * Assist in maintaining the department’s database for statistical and research purposes. * Address patient infusion needs, including chemotherapy and/or transfusions for critically ill patients (applicable to Neonatology/UTIP/Pediatrics). * Perform invasive procedures (e.g., central line placement, endotracheal intubation, etc.). **Requirements** * Medical degree * Advanced or completed residency in Internal Medicine, General Medicine, or Family Medicine **Work Schedule and Location:** Sundays, 08:00–20:00 (2 openings) \- Pueyrredon and Santa Fe (CABA) **Join a company that works every day to help millions of people live longer and better.**
