A leading company in the sector is seeking a Field Assistant to work in Salto, Buenos Aires. Your main responsibilities will be: \- Performing general maintenance tasks for the pecan orchard (irrigation, weed control, fertilization). \- Carrying out pruning and plant training activities according to technical instructions. \- Monitoring the overall health of the plants and reporting anomalies. \- Assisting in recording performed tasks, applied inputs, and field observations. \- Contributing criteria and initiative to improve the production system. Requirements: \- Technical profiles will be highly valued. \- 1–2 years of experience in field operational tasks. \- Strong work ethic, responsibility, and attention to detail. \- Willingness to reside on-site.
