Essential requirements include: * Student support * Faculty support * Data entry into the database * Management of examination minutes * Verification of examination minutes for final and make-up exams * Issuance of certificates\- Processing of degrees and general documentation * Building student relationships to foster smooth communication with authorities * Familiarity with institutional regulations and program-specific requirements * Monitoring compliance with current protocols * Opening and closing of classes * Scheduling entries into the Intranet\- Tracking of PL and CM * Formation of course sections and student assignment * Requesting and verifying course schedules * Orientation sessions for new students * Thesis defenses Workplace: Constitución, CABA Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM; Saturdays, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM Work Mode: On-site **Requirements** * University or tertiary degree graduates * Minimum 2 years’ experience in educational institutions as a Registrar/Supervisor Essential: Digital technology proficiency and Microsoft Office skills Position Type: Part-time, Indefinite-term Expected Hours: No more than 30\.0 hours per week Workplace: On-site employment
