This role contributes to the efficient daily operations through administrative organization, information management, and document support. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, handle sensitive information, and maintain high standards of organization, quality, and service—ensuring alignment with corporate procedures, operational requirements, and organizational global standards. The position interacts daily with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide general administrative support to project teams and departments. * Coordinate meetings, schedules, videoconferences, and other administrative activities related to daily operations. * Prepare and consolidate reports, presentations, documentation, and records. * Maintain up-to-date files, databases, and tracking tools, ensuring accuracy and traceability of information. * Support administrative processes. * Collaborate on internal coordination, logistics, training activities, and general operational support. * Manage sensitive information and confidential documentation in accordance with corporate standards. **Position Requirements** * Completed secondary education; tertiary or university studies are preferred. * Experience in administrative functions. * Experience in mining, construction, or engineering companies is desirable. * Familiarity with corporate administrative management tools, including Microsoft Office environments, Excel, and digital management platforms. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Proficiency in English is desirable due to interaction with international documentation and teams. **Desired Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks. * Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation. * Proactivity and adaptability to dynamic environments. * Professional handling of confidential information. * Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. **Position Conditions** * On-site position based at Fluor’s corporate offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina. * Ongoing interaction with local and international teams. * Occasional interactions with project sites, contractors, and suppliers as required by operational needs. **To Be Considered:** Candidates must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
