This position involves performing administrative tasks at a law firm in Córdoba. Duties include answering phone calls and emails, managing calendars, and archiving documents. Accounting support includes classifying and recording accounting documents and monitoring the accounting cycle for individuals and legal entities. Additionally, periodic tax returns (e.g., VAT, Personal Income Tax, withholding taxes, Corporate Tax) are prepared and filed, and financial statements are submitted to the Commercial Registry. Other responsibilities include preparing and legalizing accounting books, fulfilling tax and commercial obligations, and drafting legal documents, contracts, and appeals. Judicial and extrajudicial case files are also managed, and coordination is conducted with public agencies such as the Spanish Tax Agency and the Commercial Registry. The employment contract is indefinite and part-time (20 hours per week), with working hours from 10:00 to 14:00 and a monthly salary of 715 euros.
