We seek professionals holding a university degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering—or related fields—with at least five years of experience in leadership roles and advanced English proficiency. Role Mission Define and implement the maintenance strategy and plan for plant assets, managing procurement and service areas to ensure fulfillment of operational commitments. ️ Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the team under your supervision. Plan and ensure comprehensive plant maintenance. Manage the departmental budget and conduct monthly tracking. Analyze performance indicators and promote continuous improvements. Identify optimization opportunities jointly with Engineering. Oversee equipment maintenance and performance. Monitor contracted services and their economic efficiency. Authorize purchases, services, and departmental expenditures. Ensure compliance with maintenance and calibration standards.
