Job Description: At Penta Security Solutions, we are looking for a vCISO (Virtual Chief Information Security Officer) to join our Cybersecurity team. We seek a strategic\-consultative profile with solid experience in security governance, risk management, and guiding clients through the definition and implementation of cybersecurity strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and implement business-aligned cybersecurity strategies for each client. * Lead information security programs and organizational maturity initiatives. * Conduct risk assessments and define mitigation plans. * Design security policies, procedures, and controls. * Support internal, external, and regulatory audits. * Advise clients on regulatory compliance and regulatory frameworks. * Lead security committees and present executive metrics. * Coordinate incident response and operational continuity initiatives. * Provide strategic guidance to technical and executive teams. * Drive continuous improvement in security posture. **Requirements:** ✔️ Proven experience in leadership or cybersecurity consulting roles. ✔️ Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and security governance. ✔️ Proficiency in frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, and CIS. ✔️ Experience in audits and regulatory compliance. ✔️ Ability to engage effectively with executive-level stakeholders. ✔️ Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile. ????
