Currently, we are seeking a **High-Performance Trainer** to join the **Customer Marketing** team. * **Location:** Palermo, CABA. * **Work Mode:** On-site * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM ✅ **Main Challenges** * Planning, designing, and executing training programs for Retention, Loyalty, and Upselling teams, aligned with business objectives and operational KPIs. * Developing and implementing onboarding strategies. * Creating training content and micro-learning modules based on needs analysis per department. * Analyzing operational and quality KPIs, proposing continuous process improvement initiatives. * Building and managing training reports, impact metrics, and maintaining ongoing communication with leaders, coordinators, and stakeholders. * Monitoring and tracking each team’s data to identify improvement opportunities. * Conducting quality call audits, performance evaluations, and identifying coaching opportunities. * Performing quality calibrations with coordinators. **✅ Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience as a Trainer or Training Specialist. * Knowledge of training program design, planning, and execution. * Experience conducting quality call audits. * Ability to build reports and communicate effectively with leaders and coordinators. * Proficiency in computer tools (Excel / PowerPoint). * Completed secondary education (transcript required). **✅ Preferred Requirements** * Knowledge of coaching, effective feedback, and continuous improvement. * Ability to identify training needs and propose improvements. * Academic background in HR, Communications, Education, Psychology, Coaching, or related fields. * Strong presentation and public speaking skills. **Join Verisure and enjoy these amazing benefits!** Swiss Medical health insurance for you and your immediate family.
