We are looking for a candidate with the ability and motivation to advance their professional development within a project focused on quality, workflow optimization, and growth within a dedicated technical team. You will work an intensive morning shift from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m., applying your expertise in stainless steel and iron welding within a stable environment equipped with appropriate technology and a team that values high-quality work, stability, and performing tasks thoughtfully and precisely. \- Perform stainless steel and iron welding tasks, ensuring quality and finish of components. \- Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to execute tasks accurately. \- Prepare required materials, equipment, and tools for each task. \- Monitor the quality of welds and perform adjustments or corrections as needed. \- Collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to deadlines, safety standards, and industrial quality requirements. ### **Requirements** Basic education: Vocational training in metalworking, welding, or a related field enabling autonomous performance in this role. Competencies: Manual dexterity and technical skill, essential for delivering high-quality, precise welds. Attention to detail and commitment to doing work well, including attention to finishing quality and safety. Ability to work collaboratively in a team, communicating effectively within an industrial setting. Responsibility and autonomy, organizing work efficiently and reliably. Experience: Demonstrable experience as a first-class welder in stainless steel and iron welding, enabling confident and safe performance from day one. Languages: No specific language skills required for this position. Computer literacy: No specific computer skills required. Desirable: Availability to complete a practical test prior to hiring, where you can demonstrate your working methodology. Availability to start work during the 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. shift.
