




In our flexible packaging company, we are looking for a **passionate and proactive Quality Leader** to join our team. Currently, we operate under the **ISO 9001** standard, and our next goal is to implement **ISO 22000**. Therefore, we need someone who will not only maintain and optimize our current processes but also lead the successful transition toward this new certification. **What challenges await you?** As a Quality Leader, your responsibilities will include, among others: * **Quality Management System (ISO 9001\):** * Maintain and continuously improve our quality management system, ensuring compliance with the ISO 9001 standard. * Conduct periodic internal audits to verify process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. * Manage and track corrective and preventive actions arising from non-conformities, audits, or complaints. * Develop and review quality management system documentation (manuals, procedures, instructions, records). * Train personnel on quality topics and good practices. * **Implementation of ISO 22000:** * Lead the implementation process of the ISO 22000 standard, from planning to certification. * Identify and assess food safety hazards at all stages of the production chain. * Design and implement the HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and prerequisite programs. * Coordinate with different departments to ensure proper integration of ISO 22000 requirements into existing processes. * Prepare the organization for ISO 22000 certification audits. * **Continuous Improvement and Quality Tools:** * Identify improvement opportunities in production and administrative processes, driving quality and efficiency optimization. * Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization. * Analyze quality data, prepare reports, and present results to management. * Actively participate in problem-solving and decision-making related to quality. * Apply and train others in the use of quality tools such as: * **Ishikawa Diagrams (Cause\-Effect):** To identify root causes of problems. * **Pareto Charts:** To prioritize the most significant causes. * **Histograms:** To analyze data distribution. * **Control Charts:** To monitor process stability. * **5 Whys:** To deeply investigate causes. * **SWOT Analysis:** To identify strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats. * **Flowcharts:** To visually represent processes. * **Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA):** To identify and mitigate potential risks. **What are we looking for in you?** * University degree in related fields (Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Food Science, or similar). * At least 3 years of proven experience in similar roles, preferably in the flexible packaging or food industry. * Solid knowledge and experience in implementing and maintaining management systems under **ISO 9001 standards**, and, exclusively, prior experience or training in **ISO 22000 (or FSSC 22000\)**. * **Strong practical expertise in applying various quality tools.** * Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. * Advanced proficiency in computer tools.
