Generation of reports. **Management of Post-Payroll processes:** Accounting, Social Security, and Taxes, among others. Analysis of Collective Bargaining Agreements. REQUIREMENTS Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields. Minimum verifiable experience of 3 years in similar roles. Proficiency in payroll management tools. Advanced proficiency in computer applications. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Proactivity. Desire for professional development.
