




**What are we looking for?** We are seeking an **Operational Safety Technician** with experience in safety and hygiene management within complex operational environments. We seek professionals committed to prevention, care for people, and continuous improvement, capable of working on-site and as part of a team. **What will be your challenge?** Ensure a safe working environment across all site or project operations—from wellheads to production facilities—guaranteeing compliance with policies, legal regulations, and internal standards. You will serve as the reference point for hazard identification and risk control, contributing to the protection of people, equipment, and facilities. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Support and advise crews and supervisors on safety matters, ensuring implementation of policies and management systems. * Conduct field assessments, evaluating risks and impacts according to internal and regulatory criteria. * Collaborate in accident and incident investigations, developing alerts and lessons learned, and verifying corrective actions. * Deliver prevention training courses and campaigns at work fronts. Draft and update emergency procedures and plans, participating in drills. * Monitor work permits and supervise critical tasks (e.g., work at height, confined space entry, lifting operations). * Carry out inspections of equipment, vehicles, and facilities, as well as hygiene measurements (noise, lighting, contaminants). * Conduct behavioral audits, KPI analysis, and follow-up on action plans. **What do we value?** **Academic background:** Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Hygiene and Safety, registered and licensed with the Argentine Social Security Administration (SRT). **Professional experience:** Experience in similar roles within industrial and oil & gas environments. **Specific knowledge:** Hazard identification and assessment. Safety and environmental regulations. Measurement instruments and corrective techniques. Integrated management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Computer tools (Windows environment). **Key competencies:** Effective communication, proactivity, ability to work on-site, conflict resolution, and orientation toward continuous improvement. **Position information** Direct reporting to: Coordinator of Safety and Hygiene (Operational Safety).
