With an industry\-leading pipeline of projects, strong financial positioning, and talented employees, we look forward to our bright future! **Job Description:** **Job Title:** Systems Coordinator **Reports To:** Systems Manager **Location:** Mine – shift work **Department:** Systems **Purpose of the Position:** Coordinate and execute operational activities of the Systems Department at the mine, ensuring availability, continuity, and security of the technological infrastructure, providing user support, and guaranteeing compliance with corporate procedures and policies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise analyst team tasks during the shift. * Ensure continuous operation of the technological infrastructure (servers, networks, communications, and workstations). * Provide advanced technical support and resolve critical incidents. * Ensure compliance with operational and cybersecurity procedures. * Record and document incidents and activities in management systems. * Collaborate on the implementation of technological projects at the mine. * Manage inventory of equipment and technological assets. Propose operational improvements to optimize processes and response times. * **Requirements:** * Knowledge of system administration, networking, and technical support. * Experience in industrial or mining environments. * Skills in team coordination and priority management. * Proficiency with incident management tools. * Preferred: Technical certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL). * Basic/intermediate technical English. * Availability to work under a 14x14 roster system in Puna.
