Log cases received through various channels into designated tools. * Deliver technical support and manage requests and incidents per established procedures, knowledge bases, and service scope. * Track and monitor assigned tickets. * Manage user creation, deactivation, and modifications. * Notify service disruptions affecting operations. * Ensure service continuity and notify the responsible contact in case of operational interruptions. * Guarantee service coverage during absences or unforeseen circumstances. * Contribute to updating existing Knowledge Bases (KBs) and developing new ones. * What will make you a strong candidate? * Experience using ticket management tools.
