Collaborate with the Technical Office in designing new installations. Execute and manage on-site activities for electronic security system installation services at client locations, including system expansions and/or upgrades. Collaborate with subcontractors responsible for electronic security systems at client locations. Represent the company on technical and construction-related matters with clients; report requirements, needs, service issues, and recommendations to the BSC Technical Coordination team. Update the status records of various electronic security system installations at client locations. Assist in entering work orders into the system for each technical service performed. Deliver training to clients and newly hired technicians on the various tools used to manage implemented systems. Provide remote support to clients and suppliers as required. **Requirements:** Completed secondary education or technical diploma. Proficiency in computer tools. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of alarm systems, CCTV, GPS, and access control systems. Ability to read and work with CAD drawings (desirable) and Microsoft Project. Report writing, statistical analysis, and planning skills.
