Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the design and implementation of authentication and authorization solutions. 2. Define and manage IAM and Cybersecurity OKRs and KPIs. 3. Manage the development and evolution of IAM tools and processes powered by AI. As a **Cyber Security Project Leader – IAM Shipping** at Mercado Libre, you will design and scale innovative, secure systems that solve real-world, high-impact problems. You will work in a dynamic environment using state-of-the-art technology, applying sound engineering practices, proprietary AI models, and continuous learning — all with the purpose of democratizing e-commerce and financial services across Latin America. Imagine leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and **being responsible for**: * Leading the design, development, and implementation of authentication and authorization solutions for internal and external users of Mercado Envíos, ensuring security, availability, and operational continuity. * Defining and managing OKRs and KPIs aligned with IAM and Cybersecurity strategy, implementing policies and standards across an ecosystem of over 130\.000 identities. * Coordinating initiatives across multiple areas such as Business, IT Shipping, and IS Shipping, building working agreements that enable project execution focused on the end user. * Managing the development and evolution of IAM tools and processes, incorporating intelligent automation and AI-driven initiatives to enhance the Shipping user experience. **What are we looking for?** * Proven experience at Mercado Libre leading cross-functional projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and delivering high operational impact. * Domain knowledge of Shipping, including understanding of key operational use cases and recurring challenges. * Technical expertise enabling leadership in architecture and design discussions, including REST API development and languages such as Python, MySQL, Flask, or Node.js. * Strong understanding of Information Security principles and their application within Identity \& Access Management contexts. **Ready to leave your mark on Latin American technology?** Apply now and join our mission!
