At Prosegur Argentina, we are currently seeking an **Acudas Supervisor** for our Prosegur Alarms business. **What will be your challenge?** You will be responsible for the comprehensive supervision of street-based Acudas teams, ensuring the correct daily operation of bases, efficient resource management, and close team support. This is a key position with strong street presence, where you will need to combine leadership, resolution of unforeseen incidents, and operational excellence in a dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise approximately 25 Acudas distributed across 7–8 operational bases * Manage and optimize operations within one assigned zone (Capital, North, South, or West) * Provide daily support to bases, resolving operational needs in real time * Handle unforeseen incidents: coverage gaps, absences, team reorganizations * Monitor and track overtime hours, attendance, vacations, and management indicators * Analyze and act upon deviations using daily control dashboards * Conduct field audits (including GPS tracking of units) * Supervise the condition of assigned vehicles and resources * Ensure compliance with best practices and operational standards * Lead base meetings and foster closeness with teams * Manage relationships with union delegates and navigate union-related contexts * Implement corrective actions as required * Maintain administrative order and ensure proper documentation **Profile We Are Seeking** * Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising street-based operational teams * Proactive, solution-oriented profile with strong on-the-ground presence * Hands-on leadership style, capable of building relationships and upholding standards * High organizational capacity and attention to detail (especially regarding administrative matters) * Ability to operate effectively in dynamic and demanding environments * Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills * Adaptability to change * Honesty and sound judgment in decision-making **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or completed university studies (preferred) * Valid driver’s license — mandatory * Motorcycle license (preferred) * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) .
