Job Summary: A security company is seeking Security Supervisors to instruct, monitor, and evaluate security personnel, coordinate activities, and analyze risks in security services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Instruct and supervise security guards in their duties 2. Prepare reports and analyze security-related situations 3. Coordinate special operations and assess risks A security company is hiring Security Supervisors for its services in C.A.B.A. and Greater Buenos Aires. Main responsibilities: instruct security guards on duties to be performed at their posts. Review the incident logbooks of supervised areas and analyze reported incidents. Prepare reports on incidents that occur. Conduct inspections jointly with security guards in critical areas. Monitor, supervise, and ensure compliance with assigned tasks for security guards. Provide support to security guards when they encounter service-related difficulties. Evaluate subordinates and report violations of regulations to area supervisors. Coordinate security-related activities and/or special operations conducted by the company. Conduct security assessments and risk analyses. Mandatory Requirements: Proven experience in the private security sector. Completed secondary education with official transcript. Valid driver's license. Full-time availability. Gender: Male. Age: Between 30 and 45 years old. Employment Type: Full-time. Work Location: On-site employment.
