We are looking for a **Shift Supervisor** in **Córdoba.** **What challenges await you?** * Ensure the proper operation of the store during your shift, maintaining high-quality standards in line with Company Processes and Policies. * Coordinate the team and their tasks, allocating resources according to priorities and maximizing productivity. * Ensure adequate staffing per day and shift, maintaining constant communication with the Store Manager regarding team performance. * Support the Store Manager in fulfilling the store's administrative processes.
