We are looking for a **Project Support Specialist** to join the **Who You Serve (WYS)** Security project, which delivers the AI agentive security model **Contract to Cash (C2C)**. This role facilitates successful project execution by providing operational and practical support in planning, coordination, reporting, and delivery, working closely with the Product/Scrum team and key stakeholders. **Project and Program Support:** Provide support in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities, milestones, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery. **Collaboration with Product/Scrum Team:** Work jointly with the team to align priorities, schedules, and deliverables, and support execution of agreed outcomes. **Stakeholder Coordination:** Support requirements gathering and alignment across various process areas, ensuring clarity, consistency, and traceability. **Operational Support:** * Perform bulk data uploads and data maintenance within the tool * Maintain project documentation and associated deliverables **Core Skill:** Project Management **Proficiency Level:** Advanced (4\+ years) **Other Skills – Qualifications and Competencies:** Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured manner with a focus on delivery.
