Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards Production Supervisor \- Renova Apply now **Date:** Jun 18, 2026 **Location:** Buenos\_Aires, AR **Company:** Bunge **City :** Quequen**State :** Buenos Aires (AR\-B)**Country :** Argentina (AR)**Requisition Number :** 46035 We are seeking a **Production Supervisor** for **Renova Quequén**, who will be responsible for the following: **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the operational team during the assigned shift. * Monitor equipment and process performance, detect deviations, and implement corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and safety standards. * Lead shift start-up meetings (RIT) and ensure accurate information transfer between shifts. * Conduct plant walkthroughs to identify improvement opportunities, unsafe conditions, and operational deviations. * Record, analyze, and report management indicators to drive efficiency improvements. * Supervise work methodologies and adherence to operational procedures. * Coordinate with Maintenance on interventions, scheduled shutdowns, and contingencies. * Manage personnel updates (overtime, leaves, shift changes). * Actively promote a safety culture, focusing on prevention and visible leadership. **Required Technical Profile** * Technical or university degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electromechanical, Chemical, Industrial) * Proficiency in computer tools and management systems (SAP preferred). * Basic/Intermediate English (preferred). **Location** Quequén, Buenos Aires.
