Enriching multicultural experience In Córdoba, Córdoba, we are looking for a candidate with experience to lead and optimize production processes at an industrial-sector company located in Jorf Lasfar, Morocco. The primary mission will be to ensure quality, safety, and operational efficiency, managing teams and proposing continuous improvements. Prior experience in sectors such as fertilizers or cement will be valued. Responsibilities include supervising deadlines and costs, analyzing production performance, managing plans and resources, establishing key performance indicators, coordinating staff training, and designing strategies to enhance sustainability and efficiency. A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (minimum Bac +5) is required, along with proficiency in Spanish, English and/or French, and at least 7 years of relevant experience. A permanent contract is offered, providing job stability.
