Actively participate in Management of Change (MOC) **Tecpetrol** is seeking an **Operations Engineer** for its operations in Neuquén. The role aims to ensure that operations are conducted safely, reliably, and predictably, integrating operational standards, risk management, and continuous improvement. The 7x7 diagram will be performed at Tecpetrol offices in Neuquén. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead alarm management projects, including assessment, rationalization, and follow-up, aligned with operational best practices. * Manage the integrity of safety barriers, verifying that they are defined, documented, available, and linked to action plans in case of deviations. * Actively participate in Management of Change (MOC) processes, evaluating risk impacts, prioritizing initiatives, and executing conceptual technical change reports. * Ensure the availability, quality, and up-to-date status of critical process information (P\&ID, cause-effect matrices, operating manuals, philosophies, among others). * Manage Process Safety indicators (leading and lagging), conduct incident investigations, and ensure effective implementation of corrective actions. ***Information:*** Required Education: Industrial Engineering; Chemical Engineering; Petroleum Engineering; Others Work Location: Tecpetrol Offices \| Juan Julian Lastra 3694 Country of Work: Argentina (AR)
