**Example of your typical day** You will provide technical support to the Mechanical Department, carrying out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks aimed at ensuring the availability and integrity of our client's assets. You will report to the maintenance supervisor and interact with other departments to carry out multidisciplinary tasks. **How you will stand out** * Manage the preventive/corrective maintenance program and execute it according to current work procedures. * Perform inspection, repair, and replacement routines on plant systems, equipment, and components. * Review work procedures and instructions and propose improvements. * Implement improvements/modifications as directed by Engineering. * Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. Follow Siemens Energy's internal policies and procedures, as well as the client's internal procedures applicable to the Maintenance contract. * Respond to plant emergencies 24/7 as directed by the supervisor or team leader. **What you bring** * Mechanical Technician, Electromechanical Technician, or Industrial Mechanic with proven experience in turbomachinery or highly complex process plants. * 5 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance and planning plant shutdowns in thermal power plants or high-complexity industries. * Proven knowledge of Windows, Office, Maintenance Management Software, MS Project, or similar tools. * Ability to adapt and learn new skills. * Results-oriented attitude, problem-solving under pressure, excellent interpersonal skills, and teamwork. **About the team** You will become part of an international, highly qualified, and challenging work environment.
