If agronomy excites you, this is your opportunity. We’re looking to add a **Junior Seed Production Professional for Research** to our team. You will be a key contributor to field Research and Development (R&D) operations. Your mission will be to lead and execute field operations—including trial mapping, planting coordination, spraying, harvesting, agronomic data collection coordination, and seed production—ensuring maximum purity and precision in all operations and generating high-quality agronomic information aligned with Corteva standards. **Your Challenge:** * Active participation in designing experiments, trials, and maps for various projects. * Coordination of data collection and sampling across different crops, ensuring quality—including purifications, punching, etc. * Support in agronomic management of experimental fields, creation of application orders, and coordination with collaborators. * Actively comply with and promote company safety standards, participating in risk identification and prevention programs and maintaining a safe work environment. * Supervise and coordinate temporary phenotyping staff assigned to each activity. * Collect metrics and plan weekly activities. * Identify opportunities for optimizing and improving field processes to increase operational efficiency. **What You Bring:** * Degree in Agricultural Engineering * Valid driver’s license (mandatory) * Intermediate English * Full-time commitment * Proven prior experience in the agricultural sector (seed companies, trial firms, or agricultural service providers) * Solid knowledge of digital tools applicable to agriculture * Basic knowledge of agricultural machinery * Availability to work extended hours and occasionally on weekends according to seasonal demand (planting/harvesting) * Residence in Pergamino \* **Additional Information:** This vacancy corresponds to a fixed-term position for one year (1 year).
