At FYG \| For Your Growth, we support the search for an IT Operations Leader to join the Technology team of a banking institution, with the objective of ensuring operational continuity of the business's critical systems, leading the daily operation of the technological infrastructure, and promoting continuous improvement of processes. We seek a candidate with solid experience in technology operations within the financial sector, leadership capability, sound judgment for decision-making, and a strong orientation toward incident resolution and service continuity. ### **What will be your challenge?** You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the bank's technology operations, leading multidisciplinary teams, and coordinating infrastructure, internal applications, and operational continuity—guaranteeing the availability of critical services and supporting the evolution of technological processes. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate Infrastructure, Networks, Internal Applications, Operational Continuity, and Help Desk teams, ensuring stable and efficient operations. * Guarantee availability and continuity of the bank's critical systems, including the Core Banking system. * Supervise execution of daily operational processes such as end-of-day closings, backups, batch processing, and information exchanges. * Manage application and Core Banking system deployments to production, ensuring compliance with formal change control processes. * Coordinate management of critical incidents, lead their resolution, and communicate with involved departments. * Collaborate cross-functionally with IT Governance, Information Security, and technology vendors to ensure integrated operations. * Monitor Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization. * Develop and mentor the team, promoting management based on planning, monitoring, and professional growth of individuals. * Prepare executive reports on operational status, incidents, risks, and improvement plans for the Technology Management team. ### **What are we looking for?** * Professionals with at least 8 years of technology experience, preferably within banking or financial institutions. * Minimum 3 years of experience leading IT operations teams. * Knowledge of Core Banking operational functionality; experience with BanTotal is highly valued. * Experience in operational continuity management, change control, incident management, and SLA compliance. * Knowledge of on-premise infrastructure, data center operations, and internal networks. * Experience coordinating and managing technology vendors. * Familiarity with BCRA regulations related to technology operations, operational continuity, and risk management. * Ability to operate effectively in high-criticality environments, prioritizing operational stability and effective incident resolution. ### **Valued Competencies** * Leadership and team development. * Analytical thinking and prioritization ability. * Orientation toward continuous improvement. * Problem-solving and decision-making capability. * Effective communication with technical and business areas. * Organization, planning, and monitoring. * Adaptability and ability to manage high-pressure contexts.
