Position: Technical Graphic Designer Are you a design professional with a strong focus on production, attention to detail, and teamwork? Are you passionate about seeing your creations materialize into real products? This opportunity is for you! We are looking for an **operational and dynamic Graphic Designer** to join our team. Your primary objective will be to ensure the correct transition between digital design and physical production, guaranteeing the highest quality in every project. Job Objective Ensure that all graphic and technical information provided to the Production team is accurate, truthful, and detailed. You will serve as the key communication bridge between the **Sales and Production** departments to meet customer requirements and delivery deadlines. Main Responsibilities 1. Digital Printing and Transfers * Design, mold adjustment, and printing of samples and final production. * Design, adjustment, and assembly of production layouts for transfers. * Printing of positives. 2. Graphic Printing * Design and mold adjustment. * Assembly of production layouts and printing of positives. 3. Sampling and File Management * Coordination and request of samples from Graphic Printing and Digital Printing departments. * Efficient registration, control, and organization of positives. 4. Operational Management and Maintenance * **Logistics coordination:** Work closely with Production Control to optimize resources (materials and personnel) and prevent machine downtime. * **Equipment care:** Report malfunctions, perform basic preventive maintenance, and ensure computer security (virus prevention) on computing equipment. * **Team spirit:** Willingness to support operational production tasks (e.g., depilation, printing, etc.) when required, as well as assist colleagues during absences or incapacities. * **Strategic participation:** Attendance at production management meetings. Desired Profile * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related technical field. * **Focus:** Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent interdepartmental communication. * **Proactivity:** Commitment to continuous improvement and consistent pursuit of updating courses. * **Attitude:** Flexibility to perform technical-manual tasks (production) and a strong sense of urgency and collaboration.
