The mission of the Bulk Distribution Analyst is to lead, implement, and monitor continuous improvement and innovation projects in distribution. The mission of the Bulk Distribution Analyst is to guide, support, and drive continuous improvement and innovation projects in distribution, promoting operational cost efficiency, KPIs, and supporting service excellence.
Additionally, they serve as an operational backup to cover vacations, leaves, or demand peaks within the distributor/programmer team, ensuring uninterrupted customer supply under the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
* **Project Management and Monitoring: Identify opportunities to optimize costs, elevate service levels, and modernize area operations through the design, execution, and monitoring of fleet optimization, routing, process digitalization, and bulk distribution efficiency initiatives—taking logistics costs into account.**

* **Coverage Support for Vacations/Absences: Collaborate to ensure uninterrupted operational continuity in customer supply while maintaining compliance.**

* **Comprehensive Analysis of KPIs and Operational Ratios: Enable data-driven decision-making and propose preventive/corrective actions in response to deviations by evaluating key indicators (cost per ton/km, fleet utilization, delivery effectiveness) and developing control dashboards.**

* **Review and Optimization of Master Data: Improve the accuracy of the automatic planning algorithm and reduce manual exceptions by regularly auditing the distribution management system’s database (tank parameters, unloading times, customer restrictions).**

**Are you a MATCH?**

**Education:** A professional degree in Engineering (Industrial, Logistics), Bachelor’s in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields is a strong asset.
**Languages:** Intermediate/Advanced English is central to this role.
**Relevant Experience:**
* Ideally, you bring 2+ years of experience in distribution.
* Specific knowledge and know-how for this role: Distribution Management System; Dangerous Goods Transportation (DGT); transportation laws and customs tariffs.
* Basic statistical concepts.
* Continuous Improvement methodology.
* Data visualization and KPI tools (Power BI, Google Looker Studio, Advanced Excel).
* Administrative and behavioral skills: Initiative and collaborative analytical thinking.
* Priority management and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
* Commitment to achieving shared objectives.
