Your role will be critical in data analysis, identification of improvement opportunities, budget adherence, and management of customer and vendor relationships—ensuring process compliance, continuous improvement, and business value delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Market analysis and evolution of the API Banking ecosystem, identifying business opportunities, trends, and competitors. * Monitoring and analysis of product KPIs to evaluate adoption, performance, and customer experience. * Identification and implementation of improvements and new features to optimize the value proposition. * Participation in API development and evolution projects—from functional definition through to implementation. * Coordination with multidisciplinary teams and technology vendors to ensure objective and timeline adherence. * Management of customer and prospect relationships—gathering requirements and proposing business solutions. * Data analysis and exploitation using SQL and visualization tools to generate insights and support decision-making. * Development of dashboards and executive management reports. * Monitoring of financial and fintech sector regulations and trends, supporting regulatory compliance initiatives. **Requirements:** * Academic background: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
