Ensure quality and safety standards in construction We are currently looking for a **Construction Manager** for photovoltaic energy projects. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise the assigned site workforce; assign tasks, set goals and objectives, and provide guidance and support to ensure optimal team performance. * Manage material and financial resources required for project execution. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards at all stages of the solar park construction. * Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor construction progress, identify potential deviations from plans, and implement corrective actions as necessary. * Establish and maintain effective relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and material and equipment suppliers. * Maintain detailed records of all activities and decisions related to the project. * Maintain smooth and transparent communication with the project team, internal clients, and other stakeholders. What we are looking for in you: * Background in Renewable Energy and/or prior experience in photovoltaic energy construction or similar projects. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (Mandatory). * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
