Job Summary: We are seeking a Microsoft 365 expert to join our Architects of Change team and help enterprises thrive in the digital world, fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture. That’s why we foster an inclusive and collaborative culture where every individual can belong, grow, and evolve. **Responsibilities and Duties** Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: * Administration and configuration of Microsoft 365 services\. * Management of Data and Identity tools. * Support and Operations. * Resolution of common incidents within the M365 ecosystem and Outlook profiles. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to qualify for this role? * Exchange Online: Mailbox, group, permission, and email flow management. * SharePoint Online \& OneDrive: Site, document library, and access permission administration. * Microsoft Teams**:** Team and channel configuration, and user support. * Migrations to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, or OneDrive. * Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD): User, group, and license management. * DNS: Basic knowledge of MX, TXT, and CNAME records for domain validation. * **Valued certifications (not mandatory):** * Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate. * Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS\-900\). **Additional Information** Our benefits: Top-tier private health insurance.
