Your key responsibilities will include: Management and organization of diverse documentation (e.g., contracts, reports), requiring comprehensive and detailed reading. Monitoring and tracking of important dates, deadlines, and timeframes, ensuring proper organization and preventing oversights. Efficient and systematic organization and maintenance of physical and digital files. General administrative tasks such as mail handling, telephone support, and assistance to other departments.
