Job Summary: We are seeking a Developer with a holistic product vision and expertise in automation and optimization of Backend processes to join our team at a leading company. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Developer with experience in technology and process automation to join our team. **Objective:** To hire a candidate with strong academic training and a holistic product vision. We seek a professional capable of understanding the business, gathering requirements, and developing scalable technical solutions, with special attention to process robustness (Backend). **Your main challenges:** **Analysis and Requirements Gathering:** Translate the needs of various company departments into clear technical specifications and detailed functional documentation. **Fullstack Development:** Design and build automation and optimization solutions using the following tech stack: Solid Python development and advanced SQL proficiency. Desirable: React and/or JavaScript Version control using GitHub or similar platforms Interface testing with Postman or similar tools Use of CursorIA or other AI-assisted development tools (desirable) Management in AWS or Google Cloud environments (desirable) **Quality and Maintenance:** Bug resolution, component testing, and continuous improvement of existing functionalities to ensure service stability. **Collaboration:** Work using agile methodologies with close communication between business units and the IT team to align solutions with overall objectives. Requirements Requirements **Experience:** 2–3 years of experience in similar development and technology roles **Education:** Advanced student or graduate in Systems Engineering/Computer Science, Systems Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science, or related fields.
