Job Summary: We are seeking a Technology and Process Automation Developer with a holistic product vision to design and build scalable and robust technical solutions. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Developer with experience in technology and process automation to join our team. **Objective:** To hire a candidate with strong academic training and a holistic product vision. We seek a professional capable of understanding the business, gathering requirements, and developing scalable technical solutions—with particular emphasis on process robustness (Backend). **Your Key Challenges:** **Analysis and Requirements Gathering:** Translate the needs of various company departments into clear technical specifications and detailed functional documentation. **Full-Stack Development:** Design and build automation and optimization solutions using the following tech stack: Solid Python development and advanced SQL proficiency. Desirable: React and/or JavaScript Version control using GitHub or similar platforms Interface testing using Postman or similar tools Use of CursorAI or other AI-assisted development tools (desirable) AWS or Google Cloud environment management (desirable) **Quality and Maintenance:** Bug resolution, component testing, and continuous improvement of existing features to ensure service stability. **Collaboration:** Work under agile methodologies in close coordination with business units and the IT team to align solutions with overall organizational goals. Requirements Requirements **Experience:** 2–3 years of experience in similar development and technology roles **Education:** Advanced student or graduate in Systems/Computer Engineering, Systems Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
