PLC and SCADA Engineer **About the role** You will be responsible for engineering and programming PLC equipment for railway signaling systems within Siemens Mobility, ensuring solutions comply with technical specifications as well as quality and safety standards. You will make a difference by * Developing and programming SIMATIC-based PLC equipment (mandatory). * Designing and programming HMI/SCADA systems (panels, control desks, etc.). * Conducting factory integration tests. * Performing site surveys at installation locations and providing on-site commissioning support for equipment/systems. * Actively participating in technical meetings with partners and customers. You describe yourself as * An Electronics, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineer, or an advanced student in one of these fields. * Experienced in SIMATIC PLC and SCADA system programming, preferably applied to railway signaling systems. * Having a minimum of three years’ verifiable experience in similar roles. * Highly collaborative and team-oriented. * Proficient in EPLAN (desirable but not mandatory) and AutoCAD. * Proficient in MS Office tools, especially MS Project or similar. * Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
