Among many other benefits, we offer modern talent development initiatives and competitive benefits. **Key responsibilities – MPL Design Solution (Project Cargo Specialist)** * Take ownership of solution design, leading the capture of essential data and assumptions required to design, cost, and price the solution for the customer. This includes gathering all relevant customer insights for this opportunity or for future upselling initiatives. * Develop detailed solution proposals, incorporating service scope, operating model, resource models, operational cost estimates, recommended selling price, estimated customer value, and a draft P&L for Maersk. * Calculate MPL size/scope based on product data provided primarily as part of a customer RFQ. * Create process flows for key activities. * Provide engineering solutions and visualizations of proposed solutions as part of the technical response to RFQs. **Who are we looking for?** If you meet the requirements below, this is your opportunity to join a high-performing team and be part of this great moment in our organization! * Completed university degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields; * Prior experience in supplier management and strategic cost-reduction mindset; * Prior experience in logistics; intermodal product experience preferred; * AutoCAD skills; * Advanced Excel and intermediate Power BI; * CargoWise knowledge preferred; * Advanced English mandatory. **Location:** Buenos Aires – Argentina **Work model:** Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote) At Maersk, we value the diversity of our talent and always strive to recruit the best person for the role.
