We are excited to see how you can make a difference in our organization! **Responsibilities:** * Configure and integrate telecommunications network elements to ensure uninterrupted operations. * Manage incident handling inquiries and provide timely resolutions. * Perform troubleshooting, fault management, and configuration management to maintain optimal performance. * Monitor Quality of Service (QoS) and Quality of Experience (QoE), detect anomalies, and implement change management actions. * Conduct impact analysis and respond to unplanned alarms or events using predefined procedures. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** -------------------------- * Intermediate proficiency in Network Operations Center. * Minimum of 1 year of related experience. * University degree in a relevant field of study. * Advanced English **NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:** -------------------------- * Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting. * Intermediate proficiency in performance management. * Expert proficiency in incident management. * Intermediate proficiency in configuration management. * Advanced proficiency in Quality of Service monitoring.
