Join us in building innovative solutions with real impact and contribute value within high-performance teams. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure backend services. * Detect, diagnose, and resolve performance issues, as well as proactively prevent them. * Ensure functionalities are delivered on time and with the highest quality. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to guarantee delivery quality and performance. * Actively participate in code reviews, architecture definition, and continuous improvement processes. * Estimate resources and technical requirements for project planning. * Debug and fix bugs in existing features as needed. * Implement and maintain integration pipelines. **Requirements** * 7+ years of solid experience in Backend development (specifically with C++). * Experience in designing and implementing APIs. * Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. * Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (Oracle, Postgres, Redis). * Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks. * Ability to diagnose and prevent performance and optimization issues. * Excellent communication and collaborative working skills. * **SOLID principles** and good architectural practices. * Understanding of **distributed systems** and inter-process communication. * **Design patterns** applied to high-concurrency and resilient systems. * Experience in **transactional middleware**, in banking environments (desirable) * Basic knowledge of **scripts** (bash) and CI/CD pipelines.
