Ability to resolve operational problems and perform quality control **Flexographic Printer/Operator** *Pilar, Buenos Aires \| On-site \| Full Time* ACCELRH is supporting a leading company in the plastic industry to hire Flexographic Printers/Operators for its plant located in the Pilar area. **Job Objective** Operate and ensure proper setup of flexographic printing machines, guaranteeing print quality, production continuity, and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities * Operate flexographic printing machines. * Perform equipment setup: mounting of clichés, ink preparation and adjustment, parameter and registration calibration. * Execute the production process ensuring quality and efficiency. * Visually inspect printed output and make operational adjustments during production. * Identify and resolve basic operational deviations or failures. * Comply with sector safety, order, and cleanliness standards. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a flexographic printer/operator. * Experience with central impression flexographic printers, with and without gears. * Technical knowledge of the flexographic printing process. * Ability to resolve operational problems and perform quality control. * Availability for on-site work and full-time schedule. **We Value** * Experience in the plastic or flexible packaging industry. * Commitment, responsibility, and quality orientation. * Teamwork and positive attitude.
