We are looking for new talent to join our **Software Engineering** team. **Responsibilities** --------------------- As an **Application Support Engineer**, you will be responsible for acting as a **“software detective”**, delivering dynamic service through the **identification, analysis, and resolution of incidents** across multiple components of **critical business systems**. This role also carries a strong focus on **support, administration, and optimization of Business Intelligence platforms and infrastructure**, ensuring **high availability, performance, security, and scalability**. You are expected to operate **autonomously**, become a technical subject matter expert (SME), and actively participate in team discussions, contributing solutions to day-to-day challenges. Your responsibilities include: * Advanced support (L2/L3\) and **Application Remediation** for critical applications and platforms. * Technical administration and support for **Business Intelligence** platforms, serving as the technical owner. * Design, implementation, and maintenance of **on-premise, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure** environments. * Management of BI platform and infrastructure components, including: + Servers, gateways, clusters, security, licensing, and upgrades. * Ensuring **high availability**, performance tuning, monitoring, and **capacity planning**. * Implementation and maintenance of cloud infrastructure (**IaaS / PaaS**), including networking, storage, compute, and identity. * Resolution of complex infrastructure, cloud, and BI platform incidents. * Continuous collaboration with **Data, Security, Development, and Business** teams to support analytics and reporting needs. * Automation of operational tasks and infrastructure using **scripting or Infrastructure as Code**, where applicable. * Creation and maintenance of **technical documentation and operational procedures**. **Required Skills** --------------------- Engineering Support – P3 (Advanced) Application Remediation – P3 (Advanced) Experience with **BI platforms**, such as: * **MicroStrategy** * **Snowflake** * **English level B2** Growth Opportunities: We foster professional development and continuous growth through training, certifications, and challenging projects to advance your career.
