What Are We Looking For? A Senior Agent Builder / Forward Deployed Engineer to join a major insurance company. Work Location: CABA / Remote Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote for candidates from other regions of the country Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 What Will Your Responsibilities Be? In this role, you will have the opportunity to: * Design, build, deploy, and continuously improve AI agents that automate end-to-end enterprise workflows. * Translate business objectives into agent behaviors, decision logic, and executable processes. * Orchestrate tools, data, APIs, and decision points, integrating human-in-the-loop intervention when necessary. * Integrate agents with corporate systems, data sources, and internal applications. * Capture institutional knowledge alongside business experts and transform it into reusable instructions. * Define success metrics, quality standards, and performance criteria. * Implement controls, guardrails, and security, privacy, and regulatory compliance practices. * Monitor production performance (accuracy, adoption, failures) and perform continuous improvements. * Design escalation paths for exceptions or risks. * Collaborate with technology, business, risk, and compliance teams. * Train users and document best practices to scale solution adoption. What Do We Require? You must have: ### **Technical / AI** * Solid understanding of LLMs (Large Language Models). * Prompt engineering, context management, and agent behavior design. * Concepts of agentic AI (planning, memory, tools, autonomy). * Experience with agent development/orchestration platforms. * System integration and workflow automation experience. ### **Business & Analytics** * End-to-end, process-oriented thinking. * Ability to model business decision logic and judgment. * Problem-solving skills in ambiguous and evolving contexts. * Systemic mindset and abstraction capability. ### **Communication & Collaboration** * Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Collaborative work with business experts and multidisciplinary teams. * Experimental, iterative, and continuously improving mindset. * Business outcome orientation and ownership of impact.
