We are currently seeking a **Technical Sales Representative** to support the growth of our consulting firm through corporate new business development and generation. **Key Responsibilities** * Proactive client prospecting in sectors such as industry, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, laboratories, etc. * Generation of sales opportunities for projects, products, and technical services. * Development and end-to-end management of the sales pipeline. * Preparation and presentation of technical-commercial proposals. * Coordination with technical departments to design customized solutions. * Tracking of quotations, negotiations, and deal closures. * CRM management and updates (Táctica Soft). * Preparation of sales forecasts and account plans. * Strategic account development and retention. * Achievement of monthly targets for prospecting, quoting, and closing. * Reports directly to the Sales Manager. **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of verifiable B2B technical sales experience. * Commercial experience in industrial environments and familiarity with their procurement processes. * Ability to schedule meetings, visit clients, and develop medium- to long-cycle businesses. * Sales forecasting and commercial planning capabilities. * Basic knowledge of electrical systems, energy, electrical installations, and grounding. * Excellent commercial organization, planning, and follow-up skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical education (electromechanical, electronics, electricity, or related fields). * Experience in technical service companies or electrical installation/project firms. * Experience in long-term business relationships and industrial projects. **Personal Competencies:** * Executive profile with strong results orientation. * Negotiation skills and ability to build strategic relationships. * Commercial autonomy and discipline. * Consultative approach focused on understanding customer needs. * Perseverance and tolerance for lengthy sales cycles. * High level of commitment and professionalism.
