In addition, guarantee productivity, quality, and safety within the area, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and effective operational control on the floor. What will your responsibilities be? \- Supervise the execution of daily operational tasks (receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, labeling, control, dispatch). \- Assign and distribute tasks to the operational team, managing personnel efficiently. \- Verify compliance with standard operating and safety procedures, both for personnel and for handling goods. \- Perform active floor monitoring of ongoing tasks, identifying deviations and correcting them in real time. \- Supervise accurate order and inventory traceability through system usage (WMS / RF). \- Ensure proper utilization of resources (equipment, space, personnel) and assist in planning future needs. \- Record operational deviations, prepare performance reports, and propose improvements based on indicator analysis and field observations. \- Participate in operational meetings, communicate updates to the team, document discrepancies, and maintain smooth communication with involved departments. **Location**: Centro Logístico 3 de Febrero (Grupo Posadas) **Schedule**: Full Time \- Mondays and 2 Saturdays per month **Requirements** \- Completed secondary education.
