At Intertek, we are looking for a Programming Manager **Location:** Puerto Madero, C.A.B.A. **Employment Type:** Permanent contract **Work Mode:** Hybrid Full-time position **Responsibilities:** * Ensure that the Construction Plan prepared by the contractor can be executed, verifying work quantities and productivity rates considered in each item. Supervise that the main contractor issues and updates the project schedule, along with all required documentation at each stage of the project. * Prepare project progress reports at the frequency established by the client. * Monitor engineering documentation and supplies necessary for the execution of construction activities. * Assist Specialist Inspectors and the Materials Reception Manager in tracking the supply schedule, ensuring that with the available site inventory and forecasted deliveries of Equipment and/or Materials, the construction schedule can be met. * Manage all applicable deliverables according to client standards. * Maintain updated databases of productivity rates and estimates. * Ensure that detailed scheduling and tracking programs are updated as required by the project. * Coordinate, verify, and adjust, if necessary, the contractor's schedules to align with the overall project schedule. * Provide support to each specialist in monitoring their tasks to ensure timely execution. **Profile:** Engineer / Technician or related profession. Minimum of 4 years of experience in large-scale project monitoring. Experience in Oil & Gas industry projects. Report preparation. Analysis and interpretation of schedules, GANTT charts, histograms, S-curves, project indicator tracking. Proficient in tools: Primavera / MS Project / Power BI / Excel. Knowledge of statistics applied to indicator monitoring. Intermediate level of English (spoken and written). Experience in contract management / inspection.
