




Position Summary: General Services Supervisor focused on fleet and administration, responsible for audits, reporting, closed-park management, and maintenance coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Prepares management reports and ensures operational standards. **Energy Field Services** is seeking a **General Services Supervisor** Primary responsibilities will focus on Fleet and Administration and include: * Conducting quality and compliance audits of service providers involved in general services operations or tasks assigned to the SERGE services area. * Reporting any deviations from the specific contractual conditions governing services within their scope, submitting such reports in writing to the General Services Coordination team. * Preparing status reports on assigned and completed tasks. * Preparing monthly reports to establish performance indicators related to their activities. * Managing the closed park using applications defined by Tecpetrol to comply with unit delivery and receipt procedures according to Tecpetrol-defined standards. * Coordinating maintenance services at the Neuquén dealership and mobile workshop services in the field, ensuring quantity and quality standards are met to guarantee optimal closed-park operation and minimize the number of units out of service. * Supporting the organization and management of closed-park unit movements to the field site, either through direct driving or third-party coordination. * Monitoring and controlling units assigned exclusively to remote locations. * Monitoring and controlling unit usage via Tecpetrol-provided tracking and management tools to validate proper use by fleet users and verify unit delivery and return status. To this end, they must complete the checklists specified by Tecpetrol at the frequency defined by Tecpetrol. * Tracking and communicating matters related to insurance, registration, mandatory vehicle inspections (VTV), tracking devices, radios, and all other items governed by Tecpetrol standards. * Acting as an intermediary between suppliers and users for inquiries, document submission, client communications, meeting participation, etc. * Keeping the General Services Coordination team informed of project progress. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with on-site presence at the field location.
