Coordinate improvement initiatives and train teams. We are a growing automotive business group and are looking to hire a Quality Manager for our operation in La Rioja. The Quality Manager must ensure compliance with the brand's quality standards, drive continuous process improvement, and enhance the customer experience across all branch areas. Key Responsibilities: Implement, monitor, and follow up on quality processes defined by the brand and the group. Ensure compliance with audits, standards, and operational procedures. Analyze customer satisfaction metrics (NPS, surveys, complaints). Identify deviations and develop concrete action plans, including tracking and closure. Coordinate improvement initiatives with sales, after-sales, and administrative leaders. Train and support teams on quality practices and customer service. Conduct periodic operational checks (showroom, workshop, administrative processes). Manage customer complaints and ensure their proper resolution. Requirements: Prior experience in similar roles (quality, processes, customer service, or continuous improvement). Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile. Ability to work autonomously with strong on-site presence. Communication and influence skills. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel / management systems). Residency in La Rioja or willingness to relocate. We especially value: Experience in automotive dealerships or the automotive industry. Knowledge of brand standards or quality audits. Experience in complaint management and customer experience.
