Ecolab is seeking a **Procurement Analyst** to join the **Procurement CSP Latin America** team. You will be an analytical problem-solver responsible for supporting processes with data-driven insights and analysis. You will have the opportunity to identify and implement process improvements and receive recognition for elevating quality, service, and savings metrics. **What you’ll do:** * Manage daily activities within supplier relationships for existing suppliers in your assigned categories. * Support service levels and resolution of quality complaints as required by the existing supplier base. * Identify, communicate, and support process improvements for materials or services in assigned areas and with key stakeholders as needed. * Responsible for executing sourcing strategies and savings projects within assigned subcategories. * Review and issue purchase orders in the Indirect category and ensure they are complete and accurate. * Upload new material information into the system. * Identify blocked invoices and resolve payment accordingly. * Review all supplier setup requests and confirm that all supporting documentation has been obtained. **Requirements:** * Transactional experience in master data, procurement, shared services, finance, supply chain operations, or related field (6 months to 1 year). * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain. * Experience with Office applications, Microsoft Excel, and database systems. * Intermediate level of spoken and written English. **Desirable:** * Experience with SAP or other ERP systems in a procurement or shared services environment. * Demonstrated skills in clear communication and strong presentation skills. * Strong organizational and time management skills. **Work arrangement**: Hybrid, with in-office presence at the Retiro offices. **Our Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging** Ecolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
