Imagine leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and being **responsible for:** * Writing high-quality Kotlin/JVM code, guiding complex refactors, and actively participating in code reviews. * Designing and evolving robust, scalable APIs while ensuring compatibility and modularity across services. * Working directly with **distributed systems** patterns, including asynchronous communication, resilience, and cluster operations. * Supporting data-driven technical decisions using observability dashboards and collective team experience. * Evolving automated testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring of retrieval and ranking models, among others. **What are the requirements?** * Solid software engineering experience on the JVM, with strong proficiency in **Kotlin** and/or Java.
