We are currently looking for a Urine Reception Supervisor to join our company.
The purpose of this position is to assist in the overall supervision of the Urine Reception area, coordinating operational activities and the workforce, ensuring compliance with quality standards, GMP regulations, and smooth daily operations.
**Employment Type: Temporary contract for 3 months.**
**Your Day at Biomas:**
* Coordinate and supervise operational tasks within the area, assigning personnel according to operational needs.
* Coordinate shift handovers, rotations, and coverage, including organizing overtime and holiday work as required.
* Monitor attendance, schedules, and staff-related updates, reporting any non-compliance accordingly.
* Supervise on-site adherence to GMP regulations, internal procedures, and standards of order and cleanliness.
* Monitor equipment and process functionality within the area, identifying deviations and managing maintenance requirements.
* Train and mentor staff on operational procedures, instructions, and SOPs.
**Requirements:**
* Prior experience in operational team coordination/leadership.
* Experience in industries with production processes and quality standards (GMP preferred).
* Leadership profile with strong interpersonal skills and orientation toward regulatory and procedural compliance.
* Experience in multinational companies will be valued.
* Technical education will be considered an advantage (not mandatory).
* Availability to work afternoon shifts and perform overtime/holiday work as operationally required.
**Work Location: Villa Maipú– Buenos Aires Province.**
**Working Hours:**
Monday and Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
