Job Summary: We are seeking an Analytical Development Analyst to develop and validate analytical techniques in the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development and optimization of analytical techniques 2. HPLC-based analytical validations 3. Analytical support to Galenic Development Microsules Argentina is a nationally established pharmaceutical company with over 40 years of presence, producing a wide range of high-quality medicines. We are currently seeking to hire a Chemical Technician or University Student majoring in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related fields to join our team as an Analytical Development Analyst. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Development and optimization of analytical techniques for raw materials and finished products. Adaptation of analytical techniques according to pharmacopoeial requirements. HPLC-based analytical validations for raw materials and finished products under development. Execution and transfer of analytical methodologies in accordance with POEs and current protocols. Participation in deadline reviews per local and international regulatory requirements. Stability studies for active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and finished products. Analytical support to Galenic Development: troubleshooting pilot assays for new products, scale-up, and product launches. Management of documentation generated within the department (e.g., drafting analytical methods, POEs, analytical validation protocols, etc.) REQUIREMENTS Chemical Technician or University Student majoring in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or related fields. Minimum three (3) years of experience in the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry within analytical development or quality control departments. Knowledge of various pharmaceutical dosage forms (solids, semisolids, liquids, etc.), method transfers, and problem-solving. Experience in analytical development and validations. Analytical skills, problem-solving ability, teamwork orientation, and strong attention to detail will be highly valued. Work Location: Garín, Buenos Aires Province. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please indicate your expected remuneration.
